Chart.yaml version 0.25.1, appVersion 0.21.1. CHANGELOG v0.21.1 entry (dependency updates incl. go-jose 4.1.6 and grpc 1.85.0, migration 0051 for v0.20 sandbox runs during rollout and rollback, install-docs corrections), ledger header and release-list lines (v0.21.0's release run filled in), docs pins and the site eyebrow/pill moved to v0.21.1 / chart 0.25.1, rebuilt internal/spa/dist, regenerated site/docs.
