Large reviews now use deterministic risk selection, bounded concurrent waves, synthesis coverage, and an exact coverage receipt instead of rejecting the diff by size. Ordinary hosted requests retain their existing timeout, publication remains explicit, and any unreviewed required batch fails closed.
