adds optional seekToMode parameter that allows the behaviour of seekTo to be controlled.

adds optional seekToMode parameter that allows the behaviour of seekTo to be controlled. This is usefull when controlling the currentTime with subsecond precision and operating in the range between 0..1 seconds.
