I think that this belongs as a section in https://6.docs.plone.org/contributing/documentation/admins.html. It definitely requires administrator privileges to set up. We can do that in the next step. The heading levels will need to be adjusted down one level. For this round in the review, let's work on the content and structure, then in the next round we can put it into the Administrators Guide.
