Welcome to the python-tsi-tools wiki!

What: a set of routines/examples for playing with pandas and irregularly sampled time series data. Why: mostly for evaluation and analysis of performance in power systems (well sky cameras).

Current state: possibly useful for some example code and mucking around with. Its got the basic design but needs to modified a fair bit.
