Clarify licence for pairing.cpp and bplist.cpp

HI - I am using libraop indirectly through Music Assistant’s airplay-cli in a free, open-source Volumio plugin.

The airplay-cli third-party notices state that pairing.cpp and bplist.cpp are your work but do not currently have an explicit licence grant. Can you confirm their intended licence and, ideally, add a licence declaration or SPDX header to those files?

This will make downstream redistribution and attribution unambiguous.
