Please revert the commit that changed all of the paragraphs to subsection - then change all of the paragraphs to subsubsection.

Separated the double asterisk section in source/sec_git_basics.ptx into its own paragraph and created the necessary , , and tags so this new paragraph would be included in the index section. Fix for Issue #201.
