ReconnectStrategy does not work

Trying to implement socket cluster in flutter. This client does not reconnect automatically.

ReconnectStrategy _strategy = new ReconnectStrategy(reconnectInterval: 3000, maxReconnectInterval: 3000, maxAttempts: 30);

var chat_socket = await Socket.connect('ws://192.168.1.90:8000/socketcluster/',
          strategy: _strategy,
          listener: new MyListener());

Am I missing something or this feature is not implemented?

When connection is lost, onDisconnected fires, but nothing else happens and connection is not restored automatically.
