Version bump 0.3.15 -> 0.3.16 across all workspace manifests, the exported KEIKO_*_VERSION constants and the lockfile, plus the release-impact catalog entry for the reconstructable activity log (epic #3233: Waves 1-5 and the reviewer-audit repairs, integrated through #3235, #3238, #3241, #3243 and #3247). Every activity-log line carries a process identity and a gap-free sequence number; one correlation id follows a request from the browser through the BFF to every model-gateway call, retry and circuit-breaker transition, to WebSocket sessions and to the background jobs it spawns; a chat error shows a Support ID; request lines record the matched route template, query parameter names, wire response bytes and abandonment; every SSE stream ends with a terminal line; keiko support export writes one redacted support file with body-free store fingerprints and keiko support analyze reconstructs per-request timelines from it. Content-free by construction. Gates: version-consistency, release-impact, typecheck, lint (zero warnings), format:check, the full test suite, gates:sonar and a local secret scan over the PR range all PASS.
