  • Modernizes GDD/GSM, CMAN, RAC, DNS, and RAC Storage Server image layouts.

    • Migrates supported image versions to Containerfile layouts.
    • Removes obsolete legacy Dockerfile trees and samples.
    • Adds mandatory base-image and RPM provenance metadata.
    • Updates build scripts to prefer Podman, with Docker fallback.
    • Updates RAC and CMAN documentation, including OL8/OL9/ARM requirements.
    • Preserves the RAC Data Guard documentation.

    SIDB changes are handled separately in PR 3144.
