Emissions name mismatch in columns

Describe the bug

There seems to be a naming typo in the iamc column of naming "database". Between the columns iamc and ar6_cfc_infilling_db for the variable Emissions|HFC|HFC245fa in the ar6_cfc_infilling_column Emissions|HFC|HFC245ca.

The variables should have the same name

This isn't necessarily a bug. We've never got to the bottom of whether this is a reporting issue on the IAMC side or the AR6 infilling database side, but this is the renaming we have used in AR6 and other places.

Clearly renaming a variable indicates that something is going wrong. However, this gas' climate impact is very small and no-one has ever made the effort to figure out on 'which side' the bug is (did IAMs get told the wrong name at some point, then start using it, and never fix it or are IAMs actually modelling HFC245fa and the name HFC245ca is a typo from elsewhere), so we've never fixed it for now.
