Workflow test covering LayerUtils.saveVectorLayerAs and LayerUtils.loadVectorLayer seeded source layer, full export, filtered export, attribute round-trip read-back, and the iterate-and-copy import pattern. New tst_layerUtils.qml since these test general-purpose LayerUtils behaviour rather than plugin-driven interactions.
