Builds and pre-checks each part of OGC API - Processes (as listed in
ogcmetanorma.json) with the Metanorma Docker, mirroring the https://docs.ogc.org/DRAFTS/ builds.Ensures that changes do not introduce a broken reference which are not detected by the OGC Metanorma build, and which results in incorrectly formatted contents (it still publishes the failed results).
As flagged as failing by https://github.com/crim-ca/ogcapi-processes/actions/runs/34407006939/job/102652975633?pr=629 before #628 fix was merged.
And now fixed in https://github.com/crim-ca/ogcapi-processes/actions/runs/34408082920/job/102655813897?pr=629 following branch sync with
master.
