Adds StemDeck, a free, local stem-separation desktop app (Demucs-based, 6-stem split with a DAW-style mixer).

src/appsrather thansrc/plugins: none of the release assets ship a VST/CLAP/LV2/AU plugin format, only standalone macOS/Windows/Linux installers.Included only the files the project's own release notes name as the actual end-user downloads (macOS arm64/x64 DMG, Windows x64 zip + NVIDIA variant, Linux x64 tar.gz + NVIDIA variant). Excluded the
-appzip/tar.gz variants and theruntime-macOS-*.tar.zstfiles, which the release notes explicitly describe as the updater's internal payload/runtime packs that "will not run on their own".
