Summary

• Adds B.Oops, a multi-effect glitch sequencer with up to 12 freely-orderable effect slots from a bank of 32 effects.
• GPL-3.0. Dropped a redundant .zip duplicate of the .tar.xz (verified identical content, same 139 files).
