Summary

• Adds B.Angr, a multi-dimensional dynamically-distorted staggered multi-bandpass LV2 plugin for extreme sound mangling.
• GPL-3.0. Used release 1.6.2 rather than the latest 1.6.4 — the latest release only ships a source tarball, while 1.6.2 has real Linux x64 builds. Dropped a redundant .zip duplicate of the .tar.xz.
