Add LSP Plugins 1.2.34

Summary

• Adds version 1.2.34 of LSP Plugins, bumping from the currently-registered 1.2.33.
• Closes plugins: LSP Plugins (v1.2.34) #743.
• Verified all four Linux file entries (aarch64/arm32/i586/x86_64) against the actual GitHub release — sizes and sha256 digests match exactly what the issue proposed.
• Kept scope consistent with every prior LSP Plugins version already in the registry (Linux-only, 4 arch variants): dropped the release's FreeBSD builds (dev:fetch mis-tags these as type: linux since they're also plain ELF binaries with no dedicated FreeBSD system type in the schema — not something this registry models), the riscv64 build (no registry architecture value exists for RISC-V), and the doc/src-only assets.
