Summary

• Adds Spectacle, a real-time spectral analyzer (LV2) using the short-time Fourier transform, with a logarithmic musical scale, zoom, and peak identification.
• ISC. Windows-only release (win32+win64) — the only other release asset is a source tarball, so Linux/Mac are build-from-source only per the README.
• type: tool (an analyzer/visualizer, not an effect).
