Reworks the profiler documentation in the Frontier user guide to reflect AMD's rebrand from Omnitrace to ROCm Systems Profiler. Removes all Omnitrace references and the outdated/broken Omnitrace link, and moves the content in as a subsection under "Getting Started with the ROCm Profiler."
Adds guidance on using the ROCm-bundled
rocprofiler-systemsbinaries (with a build-from-source pointer),rocprof-sys-availfor looking up configuration/counters/domains, example invocations (rocprof-sys-sample,mpirun,srun), predefined presets, and output/visualization options (Perfetto UI and ROCm Optiq).
