Feature request: activate when clicking on app icon or when launching thru Spotlight even when menu bar item is present.

Currently, if the app is open already in the menu bar, clicking on the app icon or launching via Spotlight will show the settings.
It would be lovely if we had the option to essentially do what the Activate on Launch feature does, but not only on launch, but on every new request to open the app, even if it's present in the menu bar.
Settings would still be accessible via right-click on menu bar icon → Settings...
