Summary

  • Theme config responses rewrite legacy cloudfront.net/fx_dashboard/<tenant>/config_files/<file> URLs to LMS_ROOT_URL/api/fx/assets/v1/serve/....
  • The files are already in the Google assets bucket. Tenant 399's logo loads from that serve route today. The stored database values are not modified.
  • Other CloudFront hosts, including the maintenance page, are left unchanged.

Deploy

Production runs a pinned Open edX image from nassau. Merging this pull request does not change production until that image is rebuilt and the tag in nassau is updated.

Test plan

  • test_rewrite_legacy_cloudfront_asset_urls passes
  • After the image is deployed, open tenant 399's theme editor and confirm the logo loads from the LMS serve route instead of d3ihhyw2bnk9f1.cloudfront.net

Made with Cursor

Stored logo and preview URLs still point at the Bahrain CloudFront host. The files are already in Google storage, and the theme config response now returns the serve route instead.

The coverage gate requires every branch, and the non-dict values path was never hit.
