General Cleanup

• Vec3f and similar types should go in ultratypes.h or mk64.h
• Rename left over symbols using track_waypoint to just waypoint
• Some packed names are left over still they need to be renamed to course_displaylists. The only time 'packed' should be referenced is when the DL actually get packed. I.e. A normal user would never notice that the file is packed.
• Goto defines are poorly named. GotoMenuFromQuit --> GotoMenu or similar.
• Issue Consistent Ceremony/Ending Naming #362 regarding ending/ceremony naming consistency
• Typedef structs
