This PR makes From header settings for lists much more controllable, and also less dependent on list mode.
Note: for now, the changes are only on the DB models and the forms, and do not target the actual handling in mailer.py.
In addition, one could also tink about making the Reply-To configurable, for which we have a few sane defaults in Group mode.
However, I'm afraid it makes things quite complicated. I shall clarify the use-cases and requirements of my primary users first. So I leave this PR dormant for now.
