[Unreleased]:torve init --starter, andtorve doctor's provider check for every seat.schema_versionit doesn't read. The entry carries an Upgrade note pointing at the stability page's steps.implementation: complete, and the AGENTS.md projections are regenerated.Every file torve 0.1.0 wrote carries version 1 or none, so the version check refuses nothing an adopter already has. The Breaking label is for a file written with a version torve never used.
The changelog spec check passes, and
