Add near-term direction items to the roadmap covering unattended operation and daily-driver ergonomics: revert execution parity with the forward command's env and secret injections, secret-to-file injection for password-file consumers (ansible vault/become, sudo askpass), unbounded approval waits with configurable hold TTL and a confirm-check on provisionals, an operator notify exec-hook, per-scope evaluation modes with endpoint-flag parity, concurrent API proxies on one daemon, structured JSON output with disambiguated exit codes, session-aware decision caching, CLI surface completeness, and deeper status reporting.
