This is a draft follow-up to #32 because it adds one behavior preference to that organized Settings surface.
GitHub cannot make an upstream PR target a branch in this fork, so the current diff includes its Settings parent work. After #32 merges, this branch will be rebased onto upstream
main; the PR will then contain only this preference.Validation
