Surface Nano GGUF links in README tables

Summary

• add the public Fun-ASR-Nano-GGUF link to the English and Chinese README model tables
• keep MLT Nano unlinked because its GGUF URL is not publicly accessible
• add regression coverage for public GGUF model-table links
