Require Python 3.11 or newer for
mcp,mcp-types, and all example packages. Remove Python 3.10 from CI and package classifiers, update the docs and tooling targets, and replace the TOML compatibility imports withtomllib.Validation: full tests, 100% branch coverage, and strict-no-cover pass on Python 3.11 and 3.15.0rc3. Pre-commit, pyright with the Linux target, generated-type consistency, and wheel metadata checks pass; Python 3.10 is rejected by the updated requirements.
