Package the lumo-tamer CLI/API with buildNpmPackage, building the Go proton-auth helper as a separate derivation. Patch path resolution so mutable runtime state (config.yaml, auth vault, logs, IndexedDB) is written under $LUMO_STATE_DIR (default ~/.local/share/lumo-tamer) instead of the read-only store, while bundled assets (config.defaults.yaml, proton-auth) stay in the store.
