Fix `dev` branch for CRAN #3

The dev branch needs some substantial work to be ready for CRAN.

Clean up the apsrtable.Rd file
Clean up vignettes directory -- these do not build
Clean up naming and aliases among .Rd files
Replace s3method with export in Rd files
Fix examples and method dispatch for modelInfo
