Support ARM-based workers. Right now, jobs running on ARM-based workers fail miserably.

ARM-based workers are objectively cheaper and supposedly more performant.

Implementation

Shellcheck already has ARM binaries in its releases, so it's a matter of downloading the correct one based on the worker architecture.
