Port of aliki theme to YARD

Completed Tasks

• I have read the Contributing Guide.
• The pull request is complete (implemented / written).
• Git commits have been cleaned up (squash WIP / revert commits).
• I wrote tests and ran bundle exec rake locally (if code is attached to PR).

This is very cool! There are a few issues I noticed-- all of these compared to docs.ruby-lang.org:

1. Autocomplete doesn't seem to have the right margins in the popover box

2. Clicking toplevel methods doesn't seem to do anything:

3. "Show all" button in class hierarchy doesn't seem to do anything. Sidenote, the default list styling for this is maybe a bit too simplistic-- not sure if there is a styling for this in the base aliki.

In general this is great work!
