What is included

• RISC0 RISC0_DEV_MODE=0 private balance threshold proof over the LEZ private account commitment format.
• Privacy-preserving public journal that does not reveal raw npk, exact balance, account identity, or presenter secret material.
• Context binding and Ed25519 presenter binding to prevent replay/proof forwarding.
• Off-chain Logos Messaging-style verifier path and Delivery send/receive walkthrough evidence.
• Public LEZ testnet NSSA wrapper deploy/execute evidence for the on-chain gate.
• Basecamp .lgx GUI package/install evidence and final video activation walkthrough.
• SPEL/IDL, TypeScript SDK facade, deterministic error codes, benchmarks, and standalone consumer integration demo.

Criteria clarification

The current LP-0005 criteria accept a standalone demonstrated/testable consumer integration path. This submission therefore does not claim a named outside-contributor production deployment; it demonstrates that the primitive can be used by a third party through the included consumer demo and integration contracts.
