Bug in pyfastx handling long file names

Hi,

There is a bug where pyfastx cannot handle a file with an arbitrarily long file name. I don't know exactly long it needs to be to cause a crash - but I know it crashes at ~250 characters.

It may be not a bug from pyfastx. It appears to be an operating system limitation.
