Changed the default value of PreventDrop to true.
Changed the /clearcreative command to /clearlore. (also the permission to creativesurvival.clearlore)
Creative items now disappear when changing from creative to survival.

Armor issues fixed, items can now receive a custom lore, added new options...

Armors spawned in creative now disappear when worn in creative mode.
Items spawned in creative disappear when dropped on the ground.
Added an AddCreativeLore option to the config.yml to allow items to receive a custom lore to identify a creative item.
This option can be enabled or disabled and removing the lore is done in /clearcreative.

Fixed blacklisted commands, chest and pvp issues.

Fixed chest issues where a player in creative mode can add items to a chest, enderchest, etc.
Fixed some pvp issues.
Blacklisted commands now work properly.
Added a AllowTransfer option to the config.
Changed some permissions from old plugin fork.
