This PR further extends the previously added partner document for the city of Ghent. They are primarily interested in UC0.0 (harvesting OSLO data), UC0.1 and UC2.
Proposed approach
Add an entry to the partner-specific README concerning OSLO data harvesting. Added a Ghent-specific docker-compose override configuration that (partially) disables services that are not relevant for Ghent and contains some template configuration for services that are relevant.
How to test
.envand ensure the stack can be properly started. Note, it is expected that some services do not function correctly due to placeholder values in their configuration.Notes
