Hey, I created a new flag for deloy: deploy-env
In official documentation:
--deploy-env Deploy the target environment before deploying the workload.I removed the use of GITHUB_TOKEN to download aws-copilot-release, as it was unnecessary exposure.
I also made some unions with other PR's
