Added a CONTRIBUTING.md file to provide guidelines for contributing to the project. Updated the README.md to include usage examples.
Some test were still using the kohirens/www package, which is not needed as this package is meant to replace it.
Moved the local storage example to the correct test file. Then updated the README to reflect the new example.
There were some environment variables that were not used in this repo left over from a copy-paste from ealier.
This is a requirement to use the AWS Credentials Action with OIDC. The ID Token Permissions are required to allow the action to request an OIDC token from the GitHub Actions runtime, which is necessary for authentication with AWS services.

Issues with the script was causing the unit test to fail. This resolves issues with test runnning the the pipelines/workflows.
