Implement WebSocket ticker streaming for Bybit linear/inverse instruments via the existing tickers.SYMBOL channel. Handles both snapshot and delta messages with immutable BybitLinearInverseTicker merge using the builder pattern.
Add JSON fixtures for ticker snapshot and delta messages, and three tests: snapshot deserialization + adaptation, delta partial field deserialization, and snapshot-delta merge producing correct Ticker.
