Telemetry app - for checking connnections with all the modules.

To do:

• include place for autonomy computer (toggle view?)
• add ping to camera server
• display network name and the base computer's ip (ensure that base computer is in the correct rover network)
• add a timer mqtt topic?
• if no connnection with raspbery big L.O.S error
• better energy telemetry information
