Astro harness (fixtures/integration/astro-harness)

1. Install deps once: pnpm --dir fixtures/integration/astro-harness install
2. Markflow build: node scripts/run-astro-harness.mjs astro markflow
3. Baseline build: node scripts/run-astro-harness.mjs astro baseline
