Overview
Release 0.100.0 bumps package and changelog metadata; the functional SDK change is in vault card items.

Link and AgentCard card specs are documented as live-only: test-mode card creation is no longer represented in types. The test field is removed from LinkCardVaultItemSpec, so TypeScript callers that passed test: true must drop it. Card create/update/upsert param docs are aligned with the same live-only wording.

performOperation JSDoc now notes that spend-request rate limiting can return HTTP 429 with code spend_request_rate_limited and that clients should back off before retrying. Vault item tests drop test: true from Link card examples.
