MR description
In some deployment cases, Template IDs that have already been received and stored in the buffer may be redefined by CGNAT exporter device, i.e., the number and type of the fields in template record may change.
Therefore, a change has been made that overwrites the existing template in the buffer with the same Observation DomainID+Template ID with the new incoming one.
