Remove React/Ink/Rezi UI dependencies and disable the interactive TUI to reduce package size. Add .npmignore to publish only built dist files. Add --ai flag to CLI search and update search to deduplicate results (keep highest-scored item), apply consistent sorting and result limits. Refactor MCP server tools: add getBBDirectory, support optional startPath for find_bb_directory, improve error messages, pass --ai to invoked bb commands, and add safeExecArgs timeout/ETIMEDOUT handling.
