- Use tarball download of core to speed up and make test more resilient
- Run a single phpunit test to verify its behavior
- Temporarily disables release tests because the released version doesn't currently work. Fix after release.
- Temporarily enables .ddev/web-build/Dockerfile behavior with installation of sqlite 3.45 Fix after Prepare for DDEV 1.23 and improve initial config. #23
