Decompose Embeddings Task in Backlog#144
Conversation
Broke down the overarching Embeddings feature requirement into 3 granular, sequential tasks to comply with the architectural guidelines and file count limits (since implementing it requires adding/modifying >3 files including tests and UI). This aligns with the task decomposition procedure. Co-authored-by: julwrites <18639913+julwrites@users.noreply.github.com>

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. I'll focus on feedback directed at me and will do my best to stay out of conversations between you and other bots or reviewers to keep the noise down. I'll push a commit with your requested changes shortly after. Please note there might be a delay between these steps, but rest assured I'm on the job! For more direct control, you can switch me to Reactive Mode. When this mode is on, I will only act on comments where you specifically mention me with New to Jules? Learn more at jules.google/docs. For security, I will only act on instructions from the user who triggered this task. |
This PR addresses the process of taking the #1 Ranked Backlog item (Gap 12.1.1: Embeddings) and properly scoping it out. Since the task
CRITICAL-004requires architectural additions across new managers, commands, UI views, and testing suites—spanning more than 3 files—it was broken down into 3 smaller, sequential sub-tasks:embeddings_manager.lua.The unranked gaps and ranked backlog lists in
BACKLOG.mdwere appropriately updated and renumbered while preserving their highest priority status.PR created automatically by Jules for task 10240964668877803146 started by @julwrites
