- Audited the `llm-nvim` repository against upstream `llm` CLI. - Discarded already-implemented features from the Gaps section. - Added missing template and tool options to the Gaps section. - Added missing extract last feature to the Gaps section. - Re-ranked the backlog items based on Medium/Low Impact and Effort to accurately reflect priority. BACKLOG.mdto accurately reflect the codebase's state relative to the upstreamllmCLI tool.
