Update BACKLOG.md with implemented features#125

Removed 'Tools / Function Calling' and 'Extractions' from the Gaps list as they are already natively implemented via `get_tool_args` and `get_extract_arg` in `lua/llm/commands.lua`. Renumbered remaining gaps accordingly. Co-authored-by: julwrites <18639913+julwrites@users.noreply.github.com>
