feat: add extract flag support to commands#124

Added M.get_extract_arg to lua/llm/commands.lua to append '-x' if 'extract' configuration is true. Passed this argument to all command entry points. Wrote tests for the helper function and removed the processed backlog item. Co-authored-by: julwrites <18639913+julwrites@users.noreply.github.com>

This pull request adds support for the extraction flag (
