feat: prepare Rocío 1.0 beta first-care and recovery

Outcome

Rocío 1.0 is now documented as an honest native iPhone beta candidate, with its public GitHub surface in English, real screenshots from the running app, and a resume-ready production plan for arbitrary plants.

The current shipped behavior is still intentionally described as a 15-guide beta. This PR does not claim that arbitrary-plant support is already implemented.

What changed

• completed the native first-care loop, resilient account-scoped garden behavior, recovery safeguards, privacy controls, and Debug-only local demo;
• hardened the Supabase sync/deletion contract and documented the ordered production migration;
• converted the README, GitHub Pages product site, web demo, privacy page, support page, iOS guide, and release material to English;
• translated all user-visible web-demo states, including scanner, Garden, Calendar, Plant Doctor, composting, calculator, onboarding, and data controls;
• added five privacy-safe screenshots captured directly from the running iPhone 17 simulator build on iOS 26.3;
• updated the copy audits so they protect the same safety claims in English;
• added a realistic 12-hour completion plan that removes the FlowerCatalog runtime ceiling.

Next production sprint

The next 12-hour goal is deliberately bounded to one complete vertical:

Any plant returned by the consented provider or entered manually can be saved, scheduled, used offline, synchronized, and rendered in Garden, Calendar, notifications, App Intents, export, and deletion.

The implementation order, data model, P0 blockers, tests, deployment sequence, and parallel-agent ownership are recorded in GSTACK_APP_STORE_DAILY_PLAN.md.

External blockers

• paid Apple Developer membership and distribution signing;
• App Store Connect/TestFlight setup;
• production Supabase migration and Edge deployment approval;
• final Site URL, redirect allowlist, SMTP, and real recovery smoke;
• provider credit, retention/deletion, and budget-alert confirmation.

This PR should remain draft until its stacked dependencies are integrated and the exact resulting SHA passes CI.
